One-to-One Mindfulness Coaching Sessions are 60 min meetings that are an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness-practice by receiving individual attention. These sessions provide time and space to discuss your mindfulness-based practice, help to co-create structure for your home practice, and discuss insights and challenges.
Explore the practical application of mindfulness to work with habitual patterns of behavior that may involve use or abuse of substances, food, technology, mental habits, or any other habitual patterns leading to out of control worry, anxiety, and/or depression.
Sessions provide an individualized opportunity to learn how the brain works from your own experience and how the latest advances in neuroscience can keep you motivated and on track toward desired habit goals.
