The One-to-One Mindfulness Coaching Sessions are an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness-practice by receiving individual guidance from mindfulness instructors.
These 60-minute sessions provide time and space to discuss your mindfulness-based practice, help to co-create structure for your home practice, and discuss insights and challenges.

Sessions provide an individualized opportunity to learn how the brain works from your own experience and how the latest advances in neuroscience can keep you motivated and on track toward desired habit goals.

Develop, build, and sustain mindfulness practices to enhance overall mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Sessions provide personalized mindfulness programs tailored to each student's needs and goals, along with ongoing support and adjustments to ensure continuous progress and integration of mindfulness into daily life.
Various techniques such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, and mindful movement will be explored, and how they are best suited for each student's unique circumstances.

General Information about One-to-One Mindfulness
There will be an opportunity to practice together and review key concepts and ask questions related to your personal practice. These sessions will be tailored to your specific intentions related to cultivating, deepening, and maintaining a practice to support health and well-being. In partnership with the coach, students will discover how their brain can be an ally in living more aligned with their best intentions.

What is the process to register for One-to-One Mindfulness?
The coaching process includes registration for one or more sessions, scheduling your sessions, and meeting with your coach.
- Registering: Select the “Register for this Course” button above and follow the prompts to purchase your sessions.
- Accessing Account: Once registered, you will have access to the Coaching materials that include a “Scheduling Calendar”. You will receive an email with login information upon purchase.
- Scheduling: Navigate to the “Scheduling Calendar” and select a date and time that work for you for your Coaching session.
What Happens if I Need to Reschedule?
Rescheduling: Coaching sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the session. “No shows” or rescheduling less than 48 hours before a session are forfeited. Extenuating circumstances may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
