One-to-One Mindfulness Coaching Sessions are 60 min meetings that are an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness-practice by receiving individual attention. These sessions provide time and space to discuss your mindfulness-based practice, help to co-create structure for your home practice, and discuss insights and challenges.
