• I understand that having my camera on fosters presence, engagement, and safety in an online classroom. I agree to keep my camera on whenever possible and will inform the facilitator if I need to turn it off.

• I understand this course is not being offered as a treatment for any specific physical or psychological conditions. 

• I confirm that I do not have any physical, emotional, or psychological conditions that may impact my participation in this course. If I do have a physical health condition or have experienced psychologically or emotionally difficult events that continue to cause distress and may affect my participation, I confirm that I have the support of my doctor and/or mental health provider to take part in this course.

• I understand that the components of the course include skill training in a variety of mindfulness meditation modalities and mindful movements, for which I’m responsible, as needed, to modify or adapt, with the support of my instructor.

• I understand that if, for any reason, I am unable to, or think it is unwise for me to engage in these practices and exercises either during class or in home practice, that I am under no obligation to engage with these skills, nor will I hold the Mindfulness and Health Institute or the course instructor responsible for any injury or incapacity incurred from the practices or movements.
