Program Description
The end of the year and beginning of a new one is often a time of reflection for many of us. It is also a time that requires managing the many expectations and complexities of the holiday season that often makes us feel depleted, disconnected, and lonely.
Whether you have an existing compassion-based practice, are looking to recommit or begin a practice, this retreat will be a space for you to be held in a supportive community with the shared intention of cultivating compassion and fostering wellbeing.
In this three-day silent retreat we will focus on exploring how compassion can help us reconnect with ourselves, connect with one another, and build community.
