Explore the Practical Applications of Mindfulness to Work with Habits

The individual 60 minute coaching sessions are an opportunity to explore the practical application of mindfulness to work with habits that may involve use or abuse of substances, food, technology, mental habits, or any other habitual patterns leading to out of control worry, anxiety and/or depression.

Sessions provide an individualized opportunity to learn from your own experience how the brain works and how the latest advances in neuroscience can keep participants motivated and on track toward desired habit goals.  In partnership with the coach, participants will discover how their brain can be an ally in living more aligned with their best intentions. 

Beginners welcome! These sessions may be supportive for participants who have taken The Science & Practice of Habit Change or any prior or current mindfulness programs.

Rescheduling: Coaching sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the session. “No shows” or rescheduling less than 48 hours before a session are forfeited. Extenuating circumstances may be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Coaching Process

The coaching process includes registration for one or more sessions, scheduling your sessions, and meeting with your coach.

  1. Registering: Select the “Take this Course” button above and follow the prompts to purchase your sessions.
  2. Accessing Account: Once registered, you will have access to the Coaching/Course materials that include a “Scheduling Calendar”. You can access the Coaching/Course materials by selecting the “My Account” button, logging in, and selecting “My Courses”.   3. Scheduling: Navigate to the “Scheduling Calendar” and select a date and time that work for you for your Coaching session.
