More About Pricing

Pay-It-Forward: This is an opportunity to support those less fortunate, making programs accessible to those that cannot pay the standard rate. Paying at this level is an act of generosity.

Standard Rate: The standard rate covers the costs of these programs, making it possible for MHI to continue to offer them.

Scholarship Rate: This rate is available for those who cannot afford to pay the standard rate. We ask you to use this rate only if paying the higher rate creates a hardship for yourself and/or your family.

Next Steps on Your MBSR Journey
Expanding Your Practice

Participants explore bringing curiosity, energy, joy, focus, and balance into their lives and how this can help strengthen awareness and increase access to mindfulness.

MBSR 2 expands the mindfulness practices to include more of the contemplative underpinnings of the ancient wisdom traditions of Buddhist psychology and yoga. Participants deepen mindfulness, lovingkindness and meditation practices and expand their understanding of interpersonal relationships and internal and external environments.

Participants learn new mindful movements and how to build on the themes of MBSR, including bringing mindfulness to perception, stress reactivity/responsivity and communication.

Prerequisites

Participation in an MBSR, MBCT course, or another 8-week mindfulness-based program (MBP) or mindfulness-based intervention (MBI).
