One-to-One Mindfulness Coaching Sessions?
The One-to-One Mindfulness Coaching Sessions are 60 min meetings that are an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness-practice by receiving individual attention with mindfulness instructors.
Enroll in the Year of Compassion
Three Courses Across a Year. Join a year-long program on compassion for self and others. Three courses and a retreat, includes Mindful Self-Compassion, Fierce Self-Compassion, and Self-Compassion for Shame. Classes meet for one (1) hour weekly, providing a steady, supportive structure. Savings for the three courses purchased together range from $294 to nearly $800.
Mindfulness for Life
Mindfulness for Life offers tools and practices that help students understand thinking and behavior patterns and how to apply this learning in everyday life to manage what is difficult and to cultivate qualities to flourish and savor life. This course is intended to cultivate lasting and sustainable change.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is the longest and most researched 8-week mindfulness-based course designed to cultivate mindfulness through meditation, mind and body awareness, and yoga.

Mindful Self-Compassion explores self-compassion as an integral facet of mindfulness and encourages individuals to treat themselves with kindness and care, nurturing a positive relationship with oneself.

Deeper Mindfulness
Deeper Mindfulness delves into the moment-by-moment experience of what feels pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral - the often-overlooked aspect of mindfulness—feeling tone.
