Mindfulness for Life offers tools and practices that help students understand thinking and behavior patterns and how to apply this learning in everyday life to manage what is difficult and to cultivate qualities to flourish and savor life. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is the longest and most researched 8-week mindfulness-based course designed to cultivate mindfulness through meditation, mind and body awareness, and yoga.

For MBSR Teachers: Training to Teach "Mindfulness for Life"
In this 6-day training, MBSR teachers will develop the skills and understanding needed to offer Mindfulness for Life as part of their teaching portfolio. The course offers a deep exploration of the unique theoretical and empirical foundations of Mindfulness for Life, along with the structure and progression of the curriculum. Emphasis is placed on key practices and exercises that distinguish this course from MBSR.

Multi-Course Mindfulness Teacher Training:
One Year Intensive
Spanning 28 days over the course of 12 months, this comprehensive teacher training is designed to equip trainees with the skills and knowledge to teach mindfulness through three distinct courses: 1) Mindfulness for Life, 2) Introducing Mindfulness, and 3) Finding Peace in a Frantic World. If you're a clinician, you are also eligible to learn to teach MBCT (clinicians only). Training in multiple curricula provides a wider set of tools and resources, enabling teachers to choose the most suitable course for the populations and settings they serve. No prior teaching experience is required to participate, and experienced teachers are also welcome to join in order to expand their offerings.
